Brokers are often courted with flashy offers and incentives from suppliers keen to secure their recommendations. We took an altogether more playful approach, nodding towards the ‘loud and lairy’ reputation some brokers have but giving it a playful twist, that made their client’s taste in wallpaper the source of the comparison. The result was a 3.12% conversion to sale rate against a target of 0.2%, with 199 conveyancing cases submitted.
