While conceived largely as an awareness-raiser, this insert raised more than £5k in unsolicited donations and generated 16% more pledges and information requests than the charity’s previous legacy drive. It arose from a simple idea; pledgers are real people with unique histories and life experiences that make them want to give. Plus the photograph made for an engaging insert format. This piece was produced by Burnett Works, with Lisa informing the concept and writing the copy as part of the in-house team.
