The ability to get under the skin of a company or organisation has enabled Lisa Pember to develop brand and campaign identities for clients large and small.
Whether it’s creating the first professionally-printed materials for a small business, translating a high-profile TV campaign into effective direct marketing materials, or helping a charity to pin down an authentic tone of voice, Lisa has the skills and experience to give a brand coherence – and clout.
While at Proximity, Lisa helped to create the first set of Barclaycard brand guidelines to be universally adopted by all of the client’s DM agencies. The brand team at Cancer Research UK use Lisa’s writing as an example of best practice for their in-house training workshops, and Lisa has also been engaged in brand evaluation and development work for the charities Crisis and Wellbeing of Women (WOW).
Lisa does not have ‘her own style’. Instead, through thoughtful questioning, she seeks to understand and inhabit her clients’ brands, and to articulate their values with clarity and fluency.
